Shipping:
FREE SHIPPING within Australia on orders over $100 before GST. For orders under $100 freight within Australia is only $5 plus GST.
ORDERS TO GO OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA: Your purchase will not incur Australian GST. Please email us with your address and the quantity of each product you intend to order. We will reply with a freight charge and instructions on how to place your order on our site. Of course, if you think the freight is too expensive you will be under no obligation to proceed.

Tax Invoice:
You will receive a tax invoice with your order (showing the GST amount for you to claim in your BAS if applicable to you). The prices shown on our site do not include GST, instead GST is added on checkout.
Refunds &
Returns:
In the unlikely event that something is wrong with the product or we dispatched the wrong product we will give a full refund and pay the return freight. If you changed your mind or ordered what you don’t want you can return the goods to us (at your expense) and on receipt in good order and condition we will refund 80% of their value.

We collect your name, postal address, email address and telephone number to fulfill your order unless you give us permission to use it for another purpose, for example to add you to our mailing list.
Your information is not provided to any other company for marketing purposes.
